Brian Largent has more than 25 years of progressive corporate IT experience. He has worked at every IT technical level from his early days within a technical help desk to System Architect, IT Manager and most recently as CEO of The ArcLight Group, LLC a thriving high security support and service provider. Brian founded The ArcLight Group in 2008 specifically to meet the security and regulatory needs of healthcare organizations of all sizes. Brian has a passion for providing services and solutions that meet and often exceed customer expectations.
Christine has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry including tenure on the insurance carrier underwriting as well as the commercial insurance broker sides of the business. She has a unique broker background with expertise in the areas of executive liability, professional liability, cyber liability and surety. She holds the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
Christine joined HUB International in 2012 and serves as Executive Risk Consultant for clients primarily in the healthcare, technology, financial institution, education and non-profit industries.
Deana Cunningham, CSFS®, is a seasoned Benefits Consultant with HUB International, bringing over 30 years of industry experience to her role. Deana holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and graduated with honors. Deana is married to her supportive spouse and is a proud parent of three wonderful children and a 7lb Yorkie that rules the home.
As a Benefits Consultant, Deana is passionate about helping clients navigate the complex world of employee benefits. Her focus is on educating clients about cost containment strategies and staying informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry. Her expertise and dedication to staying up-to-date, make her a trusted advisor to her clients.
In addition to her work at HUB International, Deana is the co-founder of Course Connections, an executive women’s golf networking group. Through this group, she connects executive women to learn the game of golf, while sharing insights and building valuable professional relationships. Deana also co-hosts a podcast called “Latte’ Talk About Benefits” with her business partner, where they discuss “All Things Benefits” and interview industry experts.
Outside of work, Deana enjoys playing golf and engaging in boxing workouts to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She is actively involved in her church and, together with her husband, leads a Life Group focused on creating a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals to connect and grow in their faith.
Liz currently works as a Risk Consultant on a book of business that is half healthcare specific clients and the other half rounded out with financial institution and non-profit clients. She joined Senior Risk Consultant Christine Shasteen approximately two and a half years ago as she was looking to add to the next level in her career.
Liz began her career in the insurance industry in 1993, serving as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. In 1997, she joined the CFR Accounting Department where her insurance background enhanced her ability to understand the accounting methods of various insurance companies and to assist with internal billing needs.
Since then, Liz has worked as an Account Manager in Community Business and large middle market commercial accounts and has been our Commercial Lines Trainer.
With our acquisition into HUB International 11 years ago, Liz served as the Senior Strategic Resource Manager (SRM) to the Mid-America Region (OK/AR/Wichita). Liz worked hand in hand with the regional sales consultants, along with the regional Chief Sales Officer, providing value-added resources to our internal teams and our HUB clients.
Mark has more than 8 years of experience in the Human Capital Management industry and was recruited to Paylocity in 2019. His focus is to analyze businesses to understand challenges that Executives face while providing efficient, automated resolutions using HRIS technology. He brings a thorough approach to truly understand his clients needs to provide the best solutions.
Jeff has broad experience in healthcare with general management, strategic planning and new business development. He served as VP of Operations for an Oklahoma based consulting company for more than twenty years and has held key management roles with two hospitals. Jeff has a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Oklahoma. In 2021, Jeff began providing business development and sales for the ArcLight Group.
Dominic Schultz is the founder of Digon Design, a Tulsa-based digital marketing agency known for delivering measurable results for service-based businesses. He has helped clients secure outcomes such as a $25,000 emergency removal job within a week of launching a new marketing system, a $6.6 million hotel sale at $1.6 million above plan in southern California, and generating over 100 leads per month for a local law firm in just 90 days.
With more than a decade of experience and five years running Digon Design full-time, Dominic is recognized for turning scattered ideas into strategies that drive growth for his clients. His core expertise includes WordPress Website Design, Copywriting, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and AI-powered marketing strategies & automations, which he applies with a results-first philosophy.
John has more than 36 years of experience in public accounting including 27 years as Chief Operating Officer at HoganTaylor LLP. He provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the firm has the proper operational controls in place to effectively and efficiently grow the firm. His primary areas in operations includes the responsibilities of risk management, partner experience matters, facilities and administration/operations at the firm.
Kevin leads the Advisory Services practice for HoganTaylor’s Fayetteville office. He has more than 19 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, both domestic and internationally, during his career. This includes 10 years in advisory and assurance roles with HoganTaylor. Kevin has significant experience serving clients in the retail, nonprofit, food service, and manufacturing sectors. Kevin provides financial management services to businesses, including budgeting, cash management, financial reporting, financial due diligence and quality of earnings analysis, acquisition modeling and integration, and audit management. In addition to his financial management expertise, Kevin regularly advises clients and attorneys in forensic accounting, business valuation, and litigation matters. Kevin volunteers with the Oklahoma Aquarium Foundation as it’s Treasurer and as an emeritus board advisor to Tulsa’s Community Health Connection.
